I drove up the River Road to Elsah on Saturday morning. The bluffs were pretty but not yet looking "springy" The river was up and the place I had parked in January to take pics is now under water. It looks like all the Eagles have moved north?? I don't know where Eagles go when the weather warms. Monday, March 16, 2009
